       聘书格式

       (一)聘书的概念和特点

       聘书,又称聘请书、聘任书,是聘请外单位的人员或者本单位专业职称人员,担。任本单位某种职务或担任某种工作时所使用的文书。聘书是受聘者能力和水平的一种证明,也是受聘者职务大小、职称高低的依据。

       聘请单位向聘请人发送聘书一方面表示郑重其事。对聘请人表示敬重。同时也是信任和守约的举动;另一方面也加强了应聘者的荣誉感和责任心。

       聘书有时间性,即在限定的时间内,所聘职务和职称才生效,过了规定时间就失去了聘书的作用。

       (二)聘书的写作格式

       聘书有两类:一类是印刷好的用单张纸写的,称为单卡式;另一类是有一定装潢的印有聘书封皮的,称为册簿式。

       聘书一般包括标题、称呼、正文、结尾、落款几部分

       1.标题。第一行正中写上“聘书”、“聘请书”、“聘任书”字样,字体要较大。册簿式聘书,“聘书”字样写在封皮上。

       2.称呼。顶格写被聘请者的姓名,姓名后要加上“先生”、“女士”等称谓,其后加冒号。

       3.正文。写明聘请的缘由和所聘工作与职务,有的还要写明具体要求、工作量、权限、待遇、时限和希望等。一般简单聘书都有格式化的语言,如“兹聘请X X X(姓名、职务)担任……”.4.结尾。另起一行写“此聘”二字或“此致敬礼”.5.落款。在聘书右下方写上聘亩鹗莹位全称,加盖公章,再在单位下方写上日期。

       (三)聘书的写作要求

       1.在聘书写作前,聘请单位与被聘请人员双方要充分讨论协商,相关事项谈妥后再写,不能一厢情愿,差强人意。为郑重起见,聘书应以单位名义签发,并加盖公章。

       2.行文简洁,礼貌大方。陈述简洁,交待清楚。语言庄重恭敬,书写工整美观。
